These are wonderful gumballs machines either in your home or at your business. They are versatile with placement and vending. Because they are self-sturdy, you can have a gumball machine by the entrance way, in your basement, or wherever a high traffic area may be. Also, you don't have to vend just gumballs. Many gumball machines can also be customized with a vending wheel to instead vend bulk candy, bouncy balls, or 1-2 inch capsule toys. With a wide variety of options and styles, you can find the right one to buy for your business or home. Single head gumball machines are appropriate for small environments like doctor's offices, or at the end of an automotive parts counter. Kids are drawn to their bright colors. They love the sound of the mechanism turning and the plop when their treasures drop into the dispensing chute. Modern gumball and toy vending machines feature a back-access blocking mechanism, to prevent curious hands from reaching inside and becoming entrapped. These single-unit table top gumball machines are mounted on non-tip stands. Most bases are constructed of cast iron stands that are finished in either powder-coated finishes or chrome. None weight less than 25 lbs. Many also feature a safety harness system, allowing for simultaneous attachment to a wall. Chute systems are not only designed to prevent tampering, but are normally constructed of chrome, for easy dispensing and clean-up. Today's gumball machine mechanisms are designed for jam-free operation. Coin mechanisms generally feature a trap slot that prevents slugs from passing into the mechanism. Coin adapters for 50 cent or even 75 cent purchases are available for most models. Most gumball machines can be set to dispense 1" gumballs, 1" toy balls, or on a handful-of-candy settings.
